Shipping & Returns:

All Marrouge products are shipped to you from the United Kingdom via a secure, tracked shipping method. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes, physical addresses only.

We process orders same day and ship on the following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Marrouge ships international where permitted and international shipping costs will depend on the country and method of shipment at the time your order is placed.


Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing when shipping outside of the UK.

All orders shipped outside of the UK may be charged with customs fees upon arrival and the receipt of your items may be held up by customs inspections. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with shipment and customs nor can we predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility.

Please consult your local customs office to determine the amount of your duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

In the event your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, we kindly ask  that you save the shipping box with contents ordered  and any unopened products and contact us as soon as possible at so we may further assist you.


We hope that you love your Marrouge product(s) as much as we do. However, we are unable to offer any refunds.

If you find that there is any damage or other issues with your Marrouge product, please contact us with your  order number at within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request you send back the original packaging and any purchased products unopened and unused for inspection before issuing any site credit.

Shipping is also non-refundable and all shipping costs related to sending a product back to us, will be charged to the recipient. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Any items being shipped back to us upon receiving approval from customer service must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging
